Getting started with Incidents¶
What does it do?¶
The incident endpoints provide incident details within a given date range, allowing you to retrieve real time data related to Booking complaints raised by Customer or Partners between the provided dates. If a date is not provided, by default all incidents in the last 2 weeks will be returned.
Why use it?¶
By utilizing the Incident API, partners can monitor and address complaints promptly, ensuring high service standards and improving customer satisfaction.
