Getting started with Surveys

What does it do?

The survey endpoints provide survey feedback details about completed bookings within a given survey creation date range, allowing you to retrieve insightful survey data related to customer feedback between the provided dates. If a date is not provided, by default all surveys for the last 2 weeks will be returned.

Why use it?

By integrating Survey API data into their systems, partners can effectively retrieve overall rating satisfaction from the post-ride survey and detailed comments from customer surveys, including classification as positive or negative and fixed reasons. This allows partners to gain qualitative insight to improve customer satisfaction, and drive business growth through consistent performance monitoring and improvement.
